The Themed Encounter Area series provides a collection of
alternate random encounter tables for use in your Shadowdark
adventures. They are built in the same format and have 51 results
just like the random encounter tables in the Shadowdark RPG rule
book. They are designed to evoke a specific mood and theme
within your game. Instead of using the standard random encounter
tables, GMs can choose a themed table that better aligns with the
